The space Welcome to the Grayling Beach House! Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is conveniently located in Inlet Beach, Florida. Within walking distance to the fantastic white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. The beach access has lifeguard on duty during regular hours. Several shops and eateries also within walking distance such as 30 Avenue, Donut Hole, Shades, Destin Ice Marketand many more. If you would like to enjoy a bike ride, there are 5 adult bikes provided, allowing some great bike tours around Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. Close to state parks such as Camp Helen State Park, which is fantastic for hiking and renting kayaks to explore Lake Powell. Inside our home, you will find an open first floor plan, allowing great family time whether cooking meals, enjoying board/card games at the large dining table, or just hanging out watching a movie. Kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 4, dining table with seating for 4 (can accommodate 6). Outside in the backyard there is plenty of seating and places to gather round. There is a table with seating for 4 and a sun umbrella as well as a gas grill.There is a lounge area with outdoor sofa and 2 club chairs. Perfect for hanging out in the evening and using the steel firepit to relax and recount the adventuresof the day. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom provides a king size bed, work desk and private bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom provides a queen size bed and plenty of room with access to the second full bathroom which is shared with bedroom 3. The second full bathroom also has a double vanity and shower/tub. Finally, the third bedroom is a cozy room with a full bed and access to the second full bathroom. All bedrooms have TV and ceiling fans. A queen size memory foam sleeper sofa is available on the first floor family room. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, basic spices, cooking oils etc. A Keurig coffee maker as well as drip coffee maker are available.
