Located directly on the outskirts of Vienna, this charming apartment with two bedrooms is in a very quiet area and offers a relaxing vacation for individuals, couples, friends or families. The large window offers an exceptional view of nature. Every day you can admire many animal species here. A nature walk or a trip to the city center completes the perfect vacation. The space A gem on the outskirts of Vienna. The apartment is located in Föhrenhain. The village borders directly on Vienna. By car, you can reach the Vienna city limits in 3 minutes and the center of Vienna in 20 minutes. The bus station to Vienna is just 1 minute from my house. The S-Bahn can be reached in 5 minutes by car. I would be happy to provide you with a bike. You enter the 95 m² apartment through your own private entrance. The steps lead to the light-flooded hallway - from here you can access all other rooms. The apartment is divided into a toilet, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & living area. There is a shower & tub in the bathroom. You can freely use a washer & dryer. I provide soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels and a hairdryer. The living area is equipped to a high standard. The fitted kitchen has a double induction hotplate, a microwave oven, a baking or oven, fridge & freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, soda stream, cooking and eating utensils, glasses and much more. The dining area has 6 chairs. On request, a baby chair or a seat booster for toddlers can be requested. In the living room area there is an OLED TV, a sound system & Wi-Fi. The larger bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. The smaller bedroom with 2 single beds can also be used as a double bed. An outdoor area of approximately 20 m² is also available. On request we will provide a crib or fall protection. The living area & both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning & blinds for complete darkening. Guest access The village borders directly on Vienna. By car, you can reach the Vienna city limits in 3 minutes and the center of Vienna in 20 minutes. The bus station to Vienna is just 1 minute from my house. The S-Bahn can be reached in 5 minutes by car. A bakery, 2 supermarkets, 2 restaurants and a playground are within 5 minutes' walk. The nearest shopping center is a 7-minute drive. Other things to note No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
