The newly constructed holiday villa features an open-plan design on the ground floor, comprising a living room with comfortable seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, Bluetooth stereo, and air-conditioning for guest comfort. The fully equipped kitchen area includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, blender, mixer, and citrus press. A WC/bathroom is also situated on the ground floor. Villa Tessera offers three spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom provides 2 single beds, air conditioning, and direct access to the BBQ and pool area. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, features a double bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the rooftop terrace overlooking landscape and pool view. The third bedroom, situated in a separate guest house with a private entrance, includes a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool-BBQ area. Two towels per guest and a hairdryer are provided, with cleaning and fresh linens offered every 3/4 days. Guests can utilize the supplied iron, ironing board, and washing machine. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair are available.
