Enjoy cooking or have a takeaway in the Luxury kitchen complete with quart worktops & kitchen island breakfast bar. Relax with a book in the master suite on the beautiful window seat. Or have a glass of wine on the enclosed patio. The space You enter the property from the driveway at the side , you will find yourself in the luxury open plan kitchen diner lounge area. This area has a light and spacious feel with two windows to the front aspect and patio doors to a Courtyard garden to the rear . There is a brand new kitchen with a large island that seats 4 at bar stools for eating .This island is also a great designated work space with a double electric socket for plugging in your media equipment so wether it’s cooking along to a recipe on your phone or using your laptop to catch up on work it’s the perfect place with plenty of room . Lots of crockery and kitchen equipment complete with a fridge , freezer , dishwasher , oven hob, kettle , toaster etc. This room is a lovely space and is part panelled for that cottage feel theres an L - shape sofa bed, large tv , coffee table and a cosy rug and cushions and throws to make yourself comfortable . Blinds to the front and curtains to the rear . You will find a small laundry room just inside the door complete with coat hanging and a brand new washer dryer and microwave. Also downstairs is a large handy bathroom with toilet washbasin and shower over the bath . Wind up the staircase to find two double bedrooms both with ensuite .. the master has a shower toilet and handbasin, whilst the second bedroom has a small basin and toilet. There’s a lovely window-seat for reading and relaxing in the master . Both have clothes hanging rails. There are both velux and standard windows upstairs providing plenty of ventilation , fresh air and a welcome summer breeze or a warm stream of sunshine and light. Any more than 4 guests booked in can sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge area which is large and we will provide bedding upon request. Guest access The whole house and garden is for your own private use . Other things to note Despite the cottage being really close to both two great shops and a really good local butchers the property is situated on a quiet residential street that is not a ‘through road’ so it’s quite peaceful . The local Spar is a deli - spar serving hot food … breakfasts , mid week hot meals and Sunday lunches to take away ! Fresh bakery and everything else you could possibly wish for. Literally all one minutes walk at the most !
