Cabin at the top of Alpinlandsbyen with the best view of the area with ski-in and ski-out, about 1.5 hours drive from Oslo. Half of a "two-man cottage" over three floors. Contains: Ground floor: Hallway, sep. toilet, bathroom, sauna and 3 bedrooms. 1st floor: Entrance, kitchen, living/dining room. Loft: Large open space. - One of the cabins with the most beautiful views in Alpinlandsbyen - Perfect location - The alpine resort is located right next to the cabin wall - Very child-friendly - 3 bedrooms + loft with 3 beds - Car road in front, parking The space The cabin is regularly used by a family with 4 children. The cabin is tidy, but at the same time it bears the mark of being inhabited and there will be limited space to put/hang clothes, as all cabinets are not emptied before rental. There is plenty of space in the refrigerator, but this is not completely emptied in advance of rental either. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the ski storage and a couple of closets in bedrooms that are kept locked for the storage of private items. Other things to note The tenant must be over 30 years of age. We only rent to adults and responsible people who know how to take care of a family cabin that is also used privately. Will not rent it out to groups of friends on a weekend trip. Pets are unfortunately not allowed due to allergies. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. The rent includes electricity. Bed linen and towels must be brought. There is mobile broadband in the cabin. The cabin is used by us privately and we want tenants who respect this and treat the cabin accordingly.
