A second bedroom can be made available upon request, and the rate will be adjusted accordingly. Planning to bring a boat? Dock access is available for an additional fee based on the length of the vessel. Guest access The private beach and the two boat ramps are available for you to enjoy during your stay. We’re happy to provide you with an access card for these amenities. As homeowners, we are responsible for any damage to the common areas, so we kindly ask that they be used with care and respect. Please note that a charge will be made to your security deposit if the access card is lost or stolen, or if there are any violations or damages in the common areas.
