The space With four spacious bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, a private en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a walk-in closet, and a futon couch—perfect for lounging or extra sleeping space. Two additional bedrooms offer king beds, while the fourth bedroom has two cozy queen beds, ideal for friends or family! The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight, and a 65” Smart TV for movie nights (streaming services available, no cable). A separate office space ensures you can work in peace while staying connected with free high-speed WiFi. Indoor fireplaces are unfortunately not operational. Step outside into your private, fully-fenced backyard, where you can soak up the Sedona sunshine or unwind in the hot tub under a star-filled sky! Gather around the gas firepit with a glass of wine, fire up the BBQ grill, or enjoy outdoor dining with stunning views of Thunder Mountain! Yoga mats are also available to elevate your experience! For outdoor enthusiasts, a private trail behind the home leads directly to Posse Grounds Park, making it easy to explore the surrounding beauty! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked garage and our cleaners storage closet. Other things to note This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization. STR Permit #009878
