Sunnyside Hideaway

$0 Cleaning Fee! Sunnyside Hideaway is an entire apartment on the lower floor of our home. Only 8 miles to the Spit, 5 miles to the Kilcher Homestead, but away from the hustle and bustle of Homer’s busy summer season. We provide breakfast bars & snacks, and you are welcome to use our washer and dryer (top of the stairs.) In summer, enjoy the outdoor area with firepit, gas grill, dining table & chairs. We even have room to park your boat (unless it's really huge.) NOT in the tsunami zone. The space We’ve switched things up for this season, creating 2 separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a sitting area. The kitchen & bath remain the same. The larger of the bedrooms includes a sofa bed. In summer, guests can also enjoy the beautiful outdoor area with fire pit, benches, dining table & chairs that are exclusively for your use. Guest access Please park behind our camper, then follow the gravel path around the carport. The bright green door is your private entrance. We live upstairs (the bright blue door in the front) and can always be reached thru the Airbnb app. Feel free to wander the one acre property, just stay out of the wild (unmowed) areas, and the creek.
