Picnic table out front; large deck overlooking the back yard and rail trail. Super friendly, safe neighborhood. Everything's in easy walking distance via the Rail Trail or historic Huguenot Street. Enjoy our deck or front yard anytime; use the barn to store bikes or skis. THE BATHROOM MAY SOMETIMES BE SHARED WITH ONE OR TWO OTHER GUESTS. I can be reached 24/7 via cell phone. Other things to note Free cancellation with minimum of 48 hours notice. There is free, off street parking. However, if you arrive in any kind of vehicle weighing more than 5,500 lbs it must be parked on the street across from the two mailboxes because vehicles of extra heavy weight are wrecking the driveway. Window AC installed only during the summer. Please, only take from the fridge what particularly belongs to you. All other items belong to the house or other guests. Infants and children: To ensure a quiet and restful stay for all guests, I cannot host children under 6 years old. The child would fully count as one guest. If you visit between October and April, please know that in the Hudson Valley, we live in synchrony with nature and the environment, and we dress in accordance to the season. This means that even indoors, wear sweaters rather than cranking up the heat and just wearing a T-shirt.
