St Clair Stay – Walk to the Surf - 1 bedroom

Nestled in the popular suburb of St Clair is this little gem, just 400m from the beautiful St Clair beach and Hot Salt Water Pools, and a slight extra stroll to the boutique shops and eateries on the Esplanade. A quiet, spacious home with recent renovations give a peaceful suburban feel. The space is fully equipped with full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom - suitable for individuals or a small group. The space From the car park directly outside the unit, enter into the kitchen and spacious open plan lounge & dining area. From a door off the far end of the lounge, you will find the bathroom on your right, and bedroom down a couple of steps. The bedroom can be set up with either a King bed or 2 Single beds, and an additional bed can be set up in the lounge on request. A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater available in the bedroom. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed. Guest access The interior of the property is entirely your own. The yard and driveway area is shared with our neighbouring accommodation, however it is scarcely used. There is 1 step up into the property, and then an additional couple of steps down from the living area to access the bedroom / bathroom area.
