Our time-out, a place for families. 120 square meters of living space and 400 square meters of fenced garden are waiting to be discovered by large and small guests. Schönberg is located on the edge of the Duchy of Lauenburg / Stormarn and the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg (30 km) and Lübeck (30 km) as well as the beaches of the Baltic Sea coast (45 km) and other destinations such as Mölln and Ratzeburg are within easy reach. Craftsmen are welcome with positive reviews. Smoking is not permitted throughout the house/balcony. The space The Auszeit, a detached single-family home as a place of relaxation. After an eventful day of flying, everyone will find their individual retreat here. Through the hallway you enter the bright and extensively equipped kitchen. Equipped with an induction cooker (90 cm, 5 stove zones) with hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and washing machine/dryer. Crockery and cutlery for 12 people, as well as high-quality kitchen appliances from KitchenAid. Egg cookers, waffle irons, crepè makers and household helpers can be found in the cupboards and drawers. From the hallway, you go into the living and dining area. With the high ceiling and openness, it is inviting for a cozy meal and relaxation. For relaxation, Life TV is available free of charge via Waipu TV. For "bad weather," a library with numerous books from different areas is available to you. Games and books for children aged 0-99 are waiting to be discovered. Or you can enjoy the time with a cozy DVD evening from the extensive DVD collection (ages 0 to 16). Fondue and raclette are available for a cozy meal. In the dining area, there is a secretary to be used as a workplace. A LAN connection is available in the immediate vicinity and complements the existing Wi-Fi network. The stairs take you to the first floor. The first bedroom has a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) as well as built-in closets with hangers and shelves. There is also a small balcony that offers a view over the adjacent meadows to the forest. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 meters) for 3 children/people, which is also suitable for adults. A dresser and a wardrobe await your clothes. From here there is direct access to the "red salon" with a view of nature. A stair lift is available for people with reduced mobility. We completely renovated the bathroom in the shower area. The shower is built with 2 large and movable glass doors, which can also be used by people with disabilities. A changing table and relax/nursing chair makes the family vacation perfect. Other items such as diaper bucket, baby bathtub, travel bed are provided free of charge on request. The terrace is equipped with a seating area and awning. Seat cushions and toys can be found in the chest. For an outdoor cooking experience, a covered outdoor kitchen with a Weber charcoal grill is provided. A gas grill with a cartridge is also available on request. A fireplace in the garden completes your stay. Our time-out is a detached house from the seventies, which we have lovingly prepared with a lot of patience. It sleeps 5 people. Enjoy the unique relaxing view from the bedrooms, kitchen and living area into nature. Charging electric vehicles via the house electricity is prohibited. Parking for several vehicles free of charge directly on the property. What makes our Auszeit so special? The quiet central location and the views. Enjoy nature from the bed, balcony or terrace, watch the animals or just enjoy the silence. Relax after a trip in one of the cozy rooms and let your soul fly. A break from everyday life. Guest access Access to the house is via a key safe. Thus, you can arrive at any time from 4 pm. You will receive the code one day before arrival. If more people stay overnight than those who are registered, a surcharge of 10 euros per person per night must be paid on site and they must be registered. Other things to note You need a travel cot, baby bathtub, bath bucket, toilet seat for your child, write to me, I will provide it to you free of charge. Stair protection required? Tell me. No events allowed. Charging electric vehicles via the house electricity is prohibited. Long walks, bike rides or even running laps in the adjacent forest areas in different lengths can start at the front door. We have prepared route recommendations for you. There is a connection to the public transport system HVV with two bus stops. The journey by public transport to Hamburg central train station takes an hour. From Ahrensburg you can take the train or subway to Hamburg/Lübeck and the Baltic Sea. From Großhansdorf you can take the subway to Hamburg. There is free car parking in both places.
