The residence comprises four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with luxuriously comfortable King-size beds and en-suite western-style bathrooms. (Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Passport) •Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly request that you minimize noise during this period to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. •There are various apartments in the vicinity, and the apartment is a part of a gated society. •Hooting or shouting is strictly prohibited at all times. •External music systems are not permitted. Additionally, music must be kept at a low volume before 10:00 PM and turned off completely after 10:00 PM. •Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. •Smoking is allowed in the Balcony areas of the Apartment only. •Alcohol consumption is permitted strictly within the apartment premises. •Complimentary cleaning, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping, is provided daily between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Additional cleaning services are available upon request at an extra cost •Feel free to use the kitchen for cooking , clean up after yourself & wash your dishes (Mandatory) •Utensils are available for self-service. If you’d like assistance, the househelp can help at an extra cost—please discuss and pay them directly. •Butler Service, Housekeeping Service, Cook Services available on request on extra payment basis. (Subject to availability) •24 Hrs Power backup is available. •Pets are strictly not allowed in the apartment.
