160 acres of beautiful, pine-treed land with 2 separate units and 3 RV sites. Both units have modern amenities including WiFi and cable TV. The Lower Tamarac Suite boasts a cozy living & kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & laundry facilities. This listing is for the Lower Level Tamarac only (& RV sites if required). Be sure to check out the Aspen & Tamarac Upper Suite if you would like the whole property to yourself! Please note: Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted!! The space There are three separate units nestled on 160 acres of well-treed land. This listing is for the Lower Tamarac Lodge only. You may require rental of just one or all units. Be sure to book the 3 listings if you would like the whole property to yourself!! You will be located near Kipabiskau Lake, Barrier Lake, Marean Lake and Greenwater Lake Provincial Park - all within half an hour and all excellent lakes for swimming, fishing, skating and ice fishing. You are also near golf courses, well-groomed sledding trails, or in a perfect location for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. There are horse trails around, as well as a small fenced off pasture, so this is a perfect location for horse-lovers and trail riders as well. Guest access We also have 3 RV sites with water and sewer hook-up. 2 sites have 30 amp service and the other has 20 amp service. $30 per site per day for the 30 amp service and $25 per site per day for the 20 amp service site. Other things to note Please load & start dishwasher and clean all other dirty dishes before departure. Please start a load of sheets &/or towels in the washing machine before departure. Please do not dispose of anything in the toilets except toilet paper, it may plug the septic system. Please ensure all litter/recyclables is properly disposed of. Please note that initial amounts of paper towels & toilet paper will be provided as a courtesy, however additional amounts needed must be provided by the guest(s).
