A modern refurbished Victorian terraced property in the desirable Newport suburb of Barnstaple. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus extra sleeping on comfortable sofa beds this place is great for family holidays and multiple travelling workers alike The space There is well equipped kitchen and separate utility room with shower, a comfortable lounge and separate dining room equipped for dining 10. Outside is a private courtyard for relaxing. On the first floor are 2 good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the second floor is the family bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite shower room and 2 single sofa seats. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves and don't share any spaces with others. The hosts are available by phone or text any time, but won't disturb your stay. We require a check-in form to be completed for the primary guest staying in the property for the safety and security of both guests and the property, and to ensure we can contact the guest in an emergency. Guest indemnifies Rental Agent against claims. - Release: Guest waives claims against Rental Agent for injuries or death on the property. - Entry and Inspection: Rental Agent can enter property with notice for inspections or emergencies. - Unavailability: If property is unavailable, Rental Agent will try to find a replacement or refund payments. - Must be 18+ to book. - Booking can be refused. - Check-in after 5pm, check-out by 10am. - Exceeding occupancy limits may result in extra charges or eviction. - Payment must be timely; otherwise, booking may be cancelled. - Card details required for damages. - Property must be left in good condition; additional cleaning charges may apply. - No smoking or pets allowed. - Cancellation policy: No fee if cancelled 14 days before arrival; full charge if later. - Lost keys will incur locksmith charges.
