It’s located in the heart of the city serves as the convenient base for you to explore the relaxed coastal city of Phan Thiet while staying away from busy tourists' areas. Every space has been designed, every color, texture, and curated local objects, for its spaces to enhance your living experience. 1/ Living room: Spacious are which defies borders and allows you the freedom to interact with your friends and family, play with your kids, and move freely through the home. 2/Kitchen: Well-equipped open kitchen with a circular dining table invites you to cook and eat together with family and friends. 3/Bedrooms: The villa has 2 main bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, suitable for 4 adults and 2 young children under 6 years old. - Master bedroom offers peaceful views of nature and easy outdoor access - Second bedroom embraces playful design for inner child enjoyment 4/The outdoor area: Features a garden, a pond, a swing, young fruit trees, and hidden corners for you to discover and enjoy. 5/ The indoor area: Having 92 inches projector for cinematic effects and viewing pleasure. Guest access 1/The entire villa equipped with essential comforts: - Air-conditioning and ceiling fan - WiFi - Kitchen fully equipped: Refrigerator, microwave, cooking and dining table utensils - In-house laundry/dryer machine and laundry detergent - Thoughtful amenities (towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, ironing, slippers) - Welcome treats (tea, coffee,water) 2/Parking lot - For cars: Currently the house does not have a private parking lot in the house. Guest can park their car behind the house, which is also a public parking place for local people in this neighborhood. (Please see our illustration image at the exterior section) In addition, please contact me for the address of the overnight parking lot about 15 minutes away from home if you need it. - For motorbikes: Guests have the convenience of parking directly inside the house along the pathway from the garden, with space available for approximately 2-3 bikes. 3/Situated in a vintage neighborhood, ideal for leisurely day and night walks to experience local living. Takes 5-10 minutes to the Thuong Chanh local beach, and 20 -25mins to MuiNe beach in Phan Thiet city. 4/ Enhanced gate-security system for a peaceful and safe vacation experience Thank you for choosing The37Villa, we hope you can feel at home with your stays at our home. Other things to note 1The37Villa is no smoking villa. 2/ There are security cameras in the villa facing garden and outdoor area 3/ Please be gentle with our greens in our gardens as they are parts of our essential living. 4/Please do not use professional cameras to take photos or store image while staying at our villa. 5/ Pets are considered by a case-by-case basis. Please inform the host in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can share further details. 6/ Check-in time: 2PM; Check-out time: 12PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be flexible depending on our availability. 7/ Guests please provide personal documents upon check-in. - For domestic: Images 2 sides of ID card or driver license - For foreigner: 1st images of Passport 8/ All children must be supervised by parents or responsible guardians at all time 9/ When you check out, please turn off all electricity and close all the doors 10/ Please contact us via Airbnb if you have any questions about the house upon and during your stays 11/If there is a 5th guest, please contact the host for further information. 12/Dog barking: The villa is in a local residential neighborhood, so occasional barking from nearby dogs may be heard.
