The space This house, located directly off the Edgewood Country Club, offers excellent sunset views and a spacious backyard. Upstairs, you'll find three private bedrooms and a full bathroom. Additional sleeping options include two pullout couches—one in the basement and another in the playroom connected to the kitchen and dining room. In the backyard you will find a fire pit, large dining area, and hot tub along with some yard games. The front features a small outdoor patio with a grill and wood smoker guests can use. The basement is equipped with a full bathroom, a separate laundry room, and a ping-pong table. An upstairs bedroom includes a dedicated workspace. EV Charger is available for use at our house which is less than a one minute walk away. It’s a Level 2 charger with SAE-J1772™ connector which ensures compatibility with most EVs. However, a Tesla would need a commonly used adapter (adapter not included). Guest access You will have access to all areas of the house and yard except the garage and attic which is used only for storage. There is one locked closet used to store cleaning supplies.
