The space The apartment has a spacious room, intended as a bedroom, with about 22 sqm, a hallway, a kitchen equipped with a small kitchenette located on a closed balcony and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom has panoramic windows and is equipped with an air conditioner. In this room we find a queen size bed and a sofa. In the kitchen, you will find a wide range of amenities, such as fridge-freezer, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, Nescafe espresso machine, sandwich-maker, induction cooktop, kettle, etc. These amenities and strategic location make this apartment an ideal choice for a comfortable and discovery-filled stay in the city. Guest access Public parking on the street in front of the building. Payment applies only during certain time intervals, Monday to Friday between 8:00–17:00 and Saturday between 9:00–13:00, and in the evening, at night and on Sunday parking is free. In the immediate vicinity there are also areas with free public parking non-stop. Other things to note The apartment is on the top floor, so in summer, on hot days, the heat is felt.. It is good to know that you will need to keep the air conditioning on in the living room.
