Welcome to our co-living house centrally located close to downtown and both hospitals but situated on a quiet street. Our goal is to help make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible. You will be sharing the 3 BR / 1 Bath house with two other traveling professionals. After a long day at work, snuggle up in your king sized bed and watch your favorite show on your private smart TV or cook your favorite meal in the beautiful kitchen. The space The space: Bedroom items include: - Super comfortable King-size mattress - Four pillows - Smart 32" HDTV - Digital key-less lock to bedroom - Dedicated workstation/desk/chair - Box fan - Noise machine - Black out curtains - Bi-weekly cleaning of all common areas Common Areas include: - Brand new on-site washer and dryer - Iron and ironing board - Outdoor seating area - Dining Room with table and chairs - Detached garage - Digital key-less lock at front entry door and bedroom - Coffee Bar includes Keurig Coffee Maker and standard Drip Coffee Maker - Fully stocked kitchen - Bi-weekly cleaning provided by host for common areas - We provide most supplies such as dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper but because of individual taste we do NOT provide coffee or laundry detergent Guest access Besides your bedroom you will have access to a shared bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry area During your stay Even though I am not on-site I'm just a text away in case you need anything or have any concerns
