We will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Use at your own risk. ⚠️ For your peace of mind, please keep your personal belongings safe during your stay and ensure they are properly packed before check-out. No daily cleaning service is provided, including for long stays. ✅ Any cleaning or room service request will be charged based on the cleaning fee listed on Airbnb (available daily from 12pm–4pm, except Saturday & Sunday, with at least 1 day's notice). ✅ Any unremovable stains, damages, or signs of smoking found after check-out will be charged accordingly as special cleaning or replacement costs, which are not covered under the cleaning fee. ✅ Please bring your own universal adapter and laundry detergent. ✅ Netflix and YouTube accounts are not provided. Late check-out is subject to unit availability, must be arranged in advance, and will incur an additional charge. Any damage may result in a repair or compensation fee (subject to assessment) ✅ Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen only. Please take note, we are using an induction cooker here. 🚫 Strictly no deep frying of food!
