It is a comfortable, bright, welcoming and pleasant space. It has two bedrooms: the main one is on the first floor and has a queen-size bed and a TV; the second is in the loft and has a double bed. A full bathroom, a cosy living room with a sofa bed and TV, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary facilities. It is on the second floor and shares a beautiful garden and the parking area. Plus, pets are welcome! The space The Region is a complex of 9 apartments each with a different style, all overlooking the beautiful garden in which you can appreciate from the comfort of the beds, benches and table with chairs the flora and fauna that surrounds us. It's such a unique space with a great vibe, energy and quiet. Located two blocks from the Guadalupe Tourist Walkway! You will feel calm, safe, comfortable and confident, as well as at home! Guest access In the apartment, you will have your own private space. You will only share the garden with other guests. Other things to note We have laundry, cleaning and printing services available at an extra cost. As well as some food, personal hygiene and cleaning products (ask for prices).
