The former barn door leads you into the spacious hall of the Sonnenhof. Here you will find a wardrobe for your jackets and the possibility to store shoes and luggage. From the hallway you enter the 110 m² apartment, which is located on the ground floor. It is the only apartment in the house. The apartment is modernly renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. The hallway leads into the light-flooded living/dining area and its high-quality white kitchen with an open counter. The area is particularly spacious with about 45 sqm. Through the windows you can look south and south/west and observe nature and the local wildlife. A dining table for 6 people and a comfortable corner sofa invite you to get together, relax and read. A flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system and free Wi-Fi are of course included. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished with a high-quality double box spring bed. In 2 bedrooms the beds are 1.80 m x 2.00 m; in one bedroom 1.60 m x 2.00 m. The windows can be darkened with roller blinds and fly screens protect against uninvited guests. From the living room you can reach the south-facing wooden terrace with a table, chairs, a wooden bench and a Weber grill. From here you have access to the garden with a beach chair and the meadows belonging to the property. There are old plum and apricot trees in the garden. Around the property there are extensive fields that are cultivated according to the crop rotation. On the other side of the house there is a spacious parking lot and a garage where bicycles can be parked. From here you can see the North Sea dike about 400 m away. A floor plan of the apartment is at the end of the picture sequence. It is only a few kilometers to Sankt-Peter-Ording with its extensive beach. Westerhever with its lighthouse is the neighboring town. At the end of Norderheverkoog to the east is the Tetenbüllspieker with a swimming area, a lawn and a restaurant.
