Disposable slippers are available. Check-in We recommend that you check in between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., as the entrance gate on the first floor may close early. (Please contact us if you would like to check in after the gate closes.) ■How to spend your time ・Please be considerate of neighboring residents. Between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., please be quiet in your room as follows. --Please refrain from talking on the balcony. --Smoking is prohibited in the entire building including balconies. Elevator Rooms are located on the third floor. There is no elevator, so please use the stairs. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us. ■Events and Parties Please refrain from holding events and parties as it may lead to complaints from neighbors. ■Parking The hotel does not have a parking lot. After making a reservation, we will provide you with details of a nearby (5-minute walk) parking lot, so please use that. About baggage storage If you wish to check in your baggage, please read and understand the following information. We cannot keep your valuables. Please pack your baggage in a large bag. Please put small items in a large bag or something similar to avoid the risk of losing them. When you check in your baggage, please check the number of pieces by yourself and make sure that the number is the same when you pick up your baggage. When you pick up your baggage, please make sure that it is your own baggage. The time is available from around 11:00. Cleaning staff will arrive from around 10:30am. Please knock on the door and leave your luggage with the staff inside. ◆How to leave your luggage at check-out When you leave your room, please leave your baggage by the front door. Please let us know by e-mail when you will pick up your baggage. When you pick up your luggage, please knock on the door and ask the staff inside to pick it up. We will keep your baggage until 1:00 PM, so please pick it up before then. If you pick up your luggage after 2:00 PM, it will be difficult to keep it in your room and we may have to move it to the side of the stairs in front of the entrance.
