Wake to golden sunrises shimmering across calm water and settle into a vacation centered on family time, steady fishing, and relaxed lake living. Tigua is our newest pooch, rescued from the streets of Antigua when she was just 4 weeks old. Like the rising sun, she inspires us with her energy, hope and optimism each new day and the property aims to inject you with this attitude. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, Roku TV, dedicated workspace, dressers, nightstands, and large shuttered windows that fill the room with natural light. The en suite bath includes a walk in shower, sunken tub, and a generous walk in closet. The main living room is designed for gathering, with a large reclining sectional, a comfortable reclining chair, and a 68 inch Roku TV. Books and games for all ages are stocked for evenings indoors. All TVs include Roku with high speed 1 GB internet and access to more than 75 live channels, with the ability to log into your personal streaming accounts for seamless entertainment. Two additional bedrooms provide flexibility for families. One guest room offers a queen bed, Roku TV, dresser, and walk in closet. The bunk room includes two bunk beds, storage chests, bean bag chairs, and its own walk in closet, making it an ideal space for kids. A centrally located guest bath features a shower and tub combination, vanity with storage, and a nearby linen closet. The well stocked kitchen offers functional counter space, a center island with seating, full size appliances, and a dedicated coffee station. The adjacent dining table seats six comfortably. A separate laundry room includes a large capacity washer and dryer with supplies provided for your convenience. Step outside to the expansive composite deck with multiple seating areas for dining and lounging. A gazebo with cooling fan provides shade for entertaining, and beneath it you will find an eight seat fire table and propane grill ready for evening meals. A custom competition size cornhole set adds family friendly fun. A fully fenced yard offers added security for children and pets, and a large firepit area overlooks the lake with firewood provided. The private dock provides direct access to deep water fishing and swimming. Guests may enjoy an optional fishing pontoon available as a separate rental. This boat is set up for relaxed cruising and serious fishing, and towing is not permitted, keeping the experience focused on calm days and casting lines. Life jackets for guests and dogs are available. Tigua’s Sunrise is designed for families who value early mornings on the water, full afternoons of fishing, and quiet evenings under the stars. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire single-story home, the fenced yard, the expansive deck, and the private dock with a swim platform. Enjoy a seamless and private stay with your own entrance and dedicated parking. Other things to note Stairs to Dock: Please be advised that reaching the private dock requires descending a switchback staircase with 80 total steps. There are two benches along the path for resting and enjoying the scenic view. Water Activities: The dock includes a swim platform, an extra boat slip, and a jet ski port for your own watercraft. Two single-person kayaks are provided for complimentary guest use. Optional Rentals: A new 22-foot Sun Tracker pontoon boat and a 12.5-foot tandem fishing kayak are also available to rent for an additional fee. Please inquire for details. Pet-Friendly: We love furry friends! The yard is fully fenced, and a pet clean-up station is provided for your convenience.
