We have 4 apartments in different positions. If you need, we are happy to recommend the most suitable one for you. ● Check-in: The check-in area is on the 1st floor of the building. Check-in time is from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. After this time, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. As staff are not present in the building 24/7, it may take some time for assistance. ● Elevator: Elevator use is controlled by an access card. You’ll need the card to operate the elevator — it is placed in the apartment. ● Parking: You can park for free around the building. There are also 2 basement parking levels inside (with fees):   – Car: 20,000 VND/entry/120 minutes (~1 USD)   – Motorbike: 5,000 VND/day   – Bicycle: 3,000 VND/day (from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) ● Backyard: The backyard is an open shared space without fencing, shared with other units. ● Beach hours:   – Summer: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM   – Winter: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM   – Please swim only within the safe zone marked by buoys and flags. ● Hot water: After entering the room, please wait 40–60 minutes before using hot water. The system needs time to heat. ● Laundry: You can use the washer and dryer in the apartment for free.
