Casa Colina is a short 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The casa has some of the best views in town and comes with an amazing infinity pool. Place is great for surfers, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space House features an open air living environment with an open floor plan that flows onto the front veranda through 4 gorgeous custom built wooden glass doors that do not obstruct the views of the Bay, the quaint town of San Juan del Sur, and its surrounding jungle. Just below the casa you''ll find the outdoor tropical dining area, a magical place for dinner, drinks, and hanging out. You can expect to hear a wide variety of birds and the occasional howler monkey. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the amenities the house, the infinity pool, and private stone deck with outdoor dining area. Other things to note Our home is quite private, and while The infinity pool, arguably with one of the best views of San Juan del Sur, is considered shared, it is only shared with the adjacent house and rarely would you find yourself sharing it with others. Because of the terracing, and the other house being below ours, anyone staying there cannot see into any of our spaces and vice versa. The pool is located behind the other house, but adjacent to ours. Anyone staying in the other house cannot see the pool, but there is a great view of the pool from our master bedroom and front veranda. There are some inclined pathways, so anyone with difficulties walking should take caution. 30kwh of energy is included daily (plenty for using AC at night and fans during the day). There is an additional fee for anything above the included amount. All staff (kept to an absolute minimum) wear masks and gloves, and are well educated in COVID-19 prevention. House is completely sanitized after stay, and the utmost care is given to ensure all guest's health and safety.
