The space Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and settle into the Studio Queen with your furry friend. Thoughtfully and meticulously designed to provide a comforting environment. Located on the second floor, featuring a plush queen-sized bed, a sitting area perfect for morning coffee or an evening of relaxation, an ultra-modern ensuite bathroom with a waterfall shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. With all the amenities you need to make it your home away from home, you will have everything you need to relax and rejuvenate. We have two pet friendly buildings: Ski Lodge and Sandbar Lodge. The pet fee is $100.00, 2 pet maximum and 100 pounds or less per pet. No breed restrictions applies. Guest access Our property offers an abundance of amazing common areas and resort-style amenities for our guests to enjoy. These amenities include a fitness center, yoga classes, outdoor games, a putting green, rooftop decks, fire pits, hot tubs, a sauna, and a cold plunge. Come and experience the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation during your stay with us. Other things to note We believe children are our future, but you still need to be 21 years of age to book a room. Is it really you? A valid photo ID is required through our digital self-check-in system. The best part? You'll enjoy the convenience of a hotel without the hassle of a front desk. Sounds good, right? Have little ones? We have pack-and-plays and high chairs available upon request, subject to availability. ACCESSIBILITY Please note that stairs are required to enter our studios and we do not have an elevator on the property. However, our two-bedroom suites are ground-level and some meet ADA accessibility requirements. If you need an ADA-accessible room, please contact us. COMMON AREAS/AMENITIES While we want you to have a great time using these facilities, Spillway Lodges is not responsible for any personal injuries that may occur while using any common areas or amenities. If you decide to use any of these facilities, you do so at your own risk. SMOKING & DAMAGES For the consideration of our guests, all of our guests rooms are smoke-free. If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guests room, there will be a $500 fee. Additional fees will be applied if there is any considerable damage to your room during your stay. GUEST'S VALUABLES/BELONGINGS We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen property. FURRY FRIENDS We welcome well-behaved fur babies in these designated pet-friendly rooms. The one-time pet fee is $100 and is non-refundable. A maximum of two pets are permitted per room. No dog breed restrictions applies. 100 pounds or less per pet. All vaccinations, especially anti-rabies, must be current and valid. A vaccination certificate and a photo of the pet(s) must be provided before arrival. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times within the public areas and are strictly prohibited in the following common and recreational areas: guest reception, putting green, hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge, and fitness center. LATE CHECKOUT If late check-out is available, the late check-out time is 11 am, and the fee is $25. If you're interested please let us know after making your reservation.
