Guest access Guests will have the entire unit to themselves. Other things to note Complete guest names and booker ID is required upon booking to process the Guest Authorization Form that will be validated by the Hotel Residence Admin. Check-in process is NOT in hotel main lobby. Kindly proceed to the Residences lobby near the heated pool. There is a free parking area beside the heated pool, just few steps to the Residence lobby. Self check-in & self check-out. Complete check-in details will be sent out upon confirmation of booking. A time sensitive smart door passcode will be sent on your check-in date. Due to the high volume of bookings and to ensure each unit is thoroughly cleaned, we’re unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs by default. If ever an early check-in or late check-out becomes possible, it will be subject to availability and a fee of ₱500 per hour. Your Suite at Casiana Residences is a vacation rental, not a traditional hotel. While it offers many shared hotel amenities, such as heated pool, gym, and other facilities, it is privately owned and managed, so it may not have the same services you’d expect from a full hotel experience. For example, there is no 24/7 housekeeping, bell or room service, and on-site concierge, but if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
