Nice room

Welcome to our cozy and clean room. Private entrance, private bathroom, fridge, electric kettle, microwave. We are just 3 miles from FFL Airport and 4 miles to Everglades Port, Downtown and Las Olas. Beach is about 15 minutes by car. The host lives in the house, but guests will not share common areas with him. Staying in the room is absolutely private. The space Only 2 people are allowed in the room and on the premises. No guests allowed. Smoking cigarettes and cannabis in the room and on the premises is strictly prohibited🚫. The host may charge the guest an additional fee for early check-in or late check-out, provision of additional services, and a fee for property damage. Guest access The guest has access to a recreation area near the pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, a bar, and a grill until 7:00 p.m. Attention, swimming in the pool is not available for safety reasons and the host is not responsible for an accident if the guest uses the pool without permission ☝️ During your stay You can write to me if you have any questions or if you need to provide additional towels, toilet paper and other hygiene items before 22:00☝️
