It's an ideal getaway for families seeking a slice of tranquility. The space ****PLEASE READ ALL*** Cozy Cabin features two bedrooms with a loft, two full bathrooms, and a half bath downstairs. It can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in all the beds provided. The upstairs boasts a beautifully vaulted ceiling crafted from tongue and groove pine. The main living room is equipped with a smart TV and includes a charming reading nook by the wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom, which is located off the living room has an on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, the master closet contains the baby bath, baby gate, and highchair. There are also several board games available for all ages to enjoy. The second bedroom, which contains two queen beds, is conveniently located off the kitchen. Also adjacent to the kitchen is the main bathroom, featuring a combination shower and tub. The laundry area, equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, is situated across from the bathroom. For your convenience, we provide laundry pods, bleach, and dryer sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of dishes, glasses, crockpot, griddle, children's dishes and a highchair. For added convenience, an electric tea kettle, a coffee pot, and a selection of diverse coffees are provided. The dining table seats six and is positioned in front of a beautiful picture window overlooking the woods. The deck, equipped with a propane-free gas grill and a six-seater table, is accessible from the kitchen and set among the trees. Please be aware that, due to the natural woodland setting, pine needles and leaves may fall onto the deck. Our cleaning team ensures the deck and table are clean after each guest's stay, but elements of nature and outdoor insects remain beyond our control. We offer mosquito and bug treatment services to reduce the presence of pests, though complete eradication is not feasible. Beneath the deck, you'll discover our six-person hot tub, overlooking the beautiful fire pit. We've added tiki lamps and outdoor lighting to enhance the ambiance, making the fire pit and hot tub experience even more relaxing. We transformed our three-car garage into a game room. It features foosball, ping pong, two-player basketball, hook and ring, darts and board games. There's also a cozy living area with a 55" TV and a table that seats six. Additionally, we have a refrigerator and microwave in the space and a half bathroom, too. Stroll along our secluded path to the water's edge, where you'll find a tranquil, motor-free lake. We provide a variety of watercraft including paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, and a pedal boat for your enjoyment. Please return all water equipment to its place and turn the pedal boat over to prevent water accumulation in case of rain. This ensures that the next guest can enjoy it and helps maintain its cleanliness. Other things to note ****PLEASE READ**** Please adhere to the following rules to avoid additional charges: 1. Clean the gas grill after each use. The provided sponge is dishwasher safe and must be cleaned before your departure. 2. Well-behaved dogs are permitted with prior approval and a pet fee of $250 for one dog and $50 for an additional dog. We have a limit of two dogs; the fee for the second dog will be requested after booking. All dogs must be declared before the stay. Discovery of more dogs on the premises than declared at booking may result in additional fees or immediate eviction. Cats are not permitted. Use the provided dog leash to secure your dog at all times, as we are not liable for ticks or other wildlife your dog may encounter in the woods. 3. When traveling with pets, please ensure they stay off the furniture and utilize the doggy bags found on the back porch. Should there be signs of dogs on beds or furniture, or if dog waste is not cleaned up outdoors, a $100 fee will be charged post-stay. 4. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house, with the exception of the designated area under the porch. Dispose of all cigarette butts in the provided bucket.
