Welcome to The Mockingbird at Chester Nests! The Mockingbird is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor's Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The Mockingbird makes up half of the duplex and is fully self-contained with its own private entrances and back deck. The space When you walk into the space, you'll immediately notice the warm, earthy colors. This small space packs a big punch with a full kitchen (and yes, full sized appliances including a full sized dishwasher), in unit full-sized stacked front loading laundry, a separate bedroom (queen-sized memory foam bed) with a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. You'll find Roku Smart TVs in both the living room (43") and bedroom (40") where you can connect to your preferred streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, toaster, cups, plates, and cleaning supplies. You'll also find a Keurig coffee maker with pods, half and half, and sugar. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire unit. The is one side of a duplex and has it’s own private entrance and is completely separate from the other side of the duplex.
