The Bungalow, a 1920s remodel w/steam room

UPDATE: Added large 1400btu AC unit. More to offer than a hotel, The Bungalow is a peaceful Culver City home, with all the amenities you could ask for. The Bungalow boasts a 1bed + 1ba with a true chefs kitchen and comes equipped with a beautiful steam shower/room. Outdoor dining for up to 6 people, 5 minute walk from Downtown Culver City where you can find grocery stores, classic Hollywood bars and some of the best restaurants in LA. Includes: - Fully equipped chefs kitchen - Stocked Amenities - Dedicated Work Station - Pour Over Coffee - Acoustic Guitar - Netflix and other Apps available via Fire TV - Super-fast 1gb Fiber Internet w/6g WiFi - Portable Air-conditioner & floor heater (home is well insulated) This tastefully decorated remodeled bungalow has modern amenities and is managed professionally by the owner. The home has dedicated spaces for work, making it a relaxing "work from home" option. The kitchen is fully stocked with the tools needed to prep a meal for the whole family. The patio is an incredibly lovely place to eat a meal under the String lights. Outdoor dining available for 6. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen mattress with plush pillows. The bedroom and bathroom are cozy yet very functional. The Bathroom comes equipped with a fully enclosed steam room by "Mr. Steam." The living spaces are generous with vaulted ceilings. There is a living room, office/laundry and full kitchen with double door fridge and dishwasher. The private patio is furnished for outdoor dining, and evenings under the heat lamps and string lights. PETS: Smalls dogs are allowed for a fee. You must disclose if you’re bringing a dog ahead of time and pay the pet fee before you arrive. Service Dogs are exempt but we request official Dog Service Certification with valid registration number in advance. PARKING: On-site parking for one vehicle is available for an additional fee of $35 per day. There is some free street parking and nearby parking lots. Neighborhood parking and meters are available if you have guests with additional cars. Please inquire for parking availability upon requesting to book. EV CHARGING: Tesla charging is available for a $20 per day fee and advance notice. Please inquire for availability upon requesting to book WiFi: Complimentary access to 1gb fiber with 6g Wifi mesh network that supports the high bandwidth signal. This is a digital nomads "work from home" dream. Check-In/Check-Out Times: We use a self-check-in system that allows you to check-in at 4pm or any time after. Check out time is at 10am. Early check in is available for a $100 fee. Late check outs are not available. LAUNDRY: You have Private access to a washer and dryer for your entire stay. AC: We have a portable air conditioning unit in the living room. Temperatures are typically mild with the windows open even in the summer. AC is kept out of the living spaces during the winter months. PACKAGE DELIVERY: You must get permission before having any packages or letters mailed to our home. We do not offer concierge service and as such you are responsible for signing and retrieving any packages delivered to you. We are not responsible for any mail that is lost or stolen. CLEANING: Mid-stay cleanings are not included but can be arranged for an extra charge. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange a mid-stay cleaning. Guests staying longer than one month (2, 3, 4 months, etc.) will require a housekeeper at least every four weeks ($200 per cleaning for our housekeeper) Guest access As a our Guest, you will have access to the entire House and private patio. There are other structures on the property with shut doors. Please do not enter. There is a a door leading to the 1 car garage attached to The Bungalow. This door is to remain closed and locked during your stay. Other things to note There are two homes on the parcel of land, but they are each treated as single family homes. In other words, there are no shared walls or ceilings. Making it the perfect private retreat.
