The living area and bedroom Roku TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is located in the bathroom. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer. A starter supply of toilet paper is stocked. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using stainless steel pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, and cleaning supplies are provided. The dining area has a high top bar table with 2 chairs. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig are available. We provide a starter set of k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia! Free laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. $50 per month pet fee per dog. $250 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of the apartment, the basement for the washer and dryer, the driveway parking lot and yard space. Other things to note Downtown Green Bay is only a few minutes' drive from the apartment. Uber and Lyft services are also available. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
