Private room w private entrance & private bathroom

The first floor private suite inside of a house. It has a private bathroom w a standup shower. The private closet is next to the room. The washer and dryer are next to bathroom door. The suite has a huge frig, a new couch, a table, a Queen bed, an electric water kettle and a microwave. NO TV, NO cooking facilities. No cooking items nor toaster are permitted to bring into the suite for safety. All utilities, Wi-Fi and washer and dryer use are included. DC Home Occupation Permit#HO2400xxx The space The suite is at first floor & is around 12x14. The closet and bathroom are next to the bedroom door. All linens are stored inside of the closet. You walk in from the backyard gate to your private suite w lock. The suite has carpet. Front hallway area has vinyl floor. Bathroom has tiles. The washer n dryer are next to your bathroom. Feel free to use them. I live upstairs. I am home most of the time. I will greet you in person when I am home. Guest access Guest can only access the first floor area and washer and dryer next to the bathroom. Sorry. 2nd floor kitchen is NOT available to guests. Other things to note We do NOT refill any essentials. Please provide your own if you stay over 6 nights. In order to keep the carpet clean, please remove outdoor shoes and leave them next to the frig area once you got inside. FREE Street parking. Please pay close attention to the street signs.
