You will have your own room on the 2nd floor with nice view and big glass window. Wooden stilt house with siding and wooden floor so not soundproof. The balcony and the shared bathroom are enclosed in the house on the same 2nd floor at the end of the corridor. Towels, bedding, pillows, artificial feather topper, soft, airy, good sleep. 100% cotton pillowcases, 100% natural linen curtains. Shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, 100% organic and natural toothpaste. Free breakfast from 7h - 9am (excluding drinks) The space Little House in KhauPha homestay is located between Thai and Hmong village. Surrounding the Homestay is the garden, the valley of the terraces and the alpine mountains. The clear Nam Cang stream flows in front of the house, the natural stone stream. Free use: wifi, library, piano. We have 1 restaurant with open space, garden table and chairs. You can buy coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner at the restaurant in our homestay. Guest access Guests have private access to the rented private room, other common areas shared with other guests including: Bathroom, WC, balcony, Garden. Guests are not allowed to use the bar, stove, storage, washing room at their own discretion. We have security cameras installed in the stair up and down area, 1st floor hallway of the house, in the homestay restaurant and cafe on the 1st floor. During your stay I always reply to messages via phone or airbnb. We are also available to help when guests need us. Other things to note - To respect the common space of the village Less Thai , and at the same time keep the space relaxed at Little House in KhauPha, please do not make noise (do not sing karaoke, do not turn on speakers, shout, drunk...). - Activities at the common space only last until 22h, ensuring quiet for guests to rest. - Please do not smoke in the private room, as well as the common areas in the house. - Smoking area is outside the stream, you can go there to relax smoking, bring an ashtray to no ashtray and throw the tip of the cigarette in the stream.
