You will have your own room on the 2nd floor with a nice view and a large glass window. The wooden stilt house has wooden walls and floors, so it is not soundproof. The balcony and shared bathroom are enclosed in the same 2nd floor house at the end of the hallway. Towels, bedding, artificial feather topper, soft, airy, good sleep. 100% cotton pillowcase, 100% natural linen curtain. Shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, 100% organic and natural toothpaste. Free breakfast from 7am - 9am (drinks not included) The space Little House Homestay in Khau Pha is located between the Thai and H'mong villages. Surrounding the Homestay are gardens, rice terraces and high mountains. The clear Nam Cang stream flows in front of the house, the natural stream bank is made of stone. Free to use: wifi, library, piano. We have 1 restaurant with open space, garden tables and chairs. You can buy coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner at the restaurant in our homestay. Guest access Guests have private access to the rented room, other common areas shared with other guests include: Bathroom, WC, balcony, Garden. Guests are not allowed to use the bar, kitchen, storage, laundry room. We have security cameras in the stairwell, the 1st floor hallway of the building, in the restaurant and the homestay cafe on the 1st floor. During your stay I always reply to messages by phone or airbnb. We are also available to help when guests need it. Other things to note - To respect the common space of It Thai village, and at the same time keep the space relaxed at Little House in KhauPha, please do not make noise (do not sing karaoke, do not turn on speakers, shout, get drunk...). - Activities in the common space only last until 10pm, ensuring quiet for guests to rest. - Please do not smoke in your private room, as well as in the common areas of the house. - Smoking area is outside by the stream, you can go there to relax and smoke, bring an ashtray so as not to flick the cigarette butts into the stream.
