The space Your room is my office currently and so whenever we decide who will stay in the room for 30 days or more then we can find out what you would like to have in the room. You have access to the whole house, there’s a Jack and Jill bathroom that we would share, a TV, front and back patio, small storage area, and full kitchen. Your room has a sunrise view as well as a mountain view. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, it is about 1000 ft.² but it feels much bigger than that! The ideal guest would be communicative, as well as friendly because of a shared household as well as community. The community is very, very friendly and safe, it’s a very busy neighborhood of working professionals, C level positions, business owners, and medical professionals. Most people have dogs, so there is never any shortage of puppies to play with! My dog has pretty much loved anyone who comes over, so you will have an adopted dog too! I am up around 6:30 every day and then we walk to the beach so you will have the house to yourself from 7:30 to 9:30A most days. I go to church Sundays but other than that, I’m home most days with the pup. I make calls in my bedroom from 10-4. you are welcome to have friends over, I typically start going to sleep around nine so anytime between 7:30A and 9P you’re welcome to have company! Please ask any questions about anything that would make you more comfortable! Other things to note There is a 30 night minimum stay. I’m a quiet person, and may have friends over from time to time for a game night or visit on the patio, I’m a Believer in Jesus, but not like the ones you see on TV, and looking for a symbiotic guest. I am a 30 year resident, active and healthy, sober and no drugs or drink in the house. You’re welcome to have wine or whatever you would like to sip but that there is no one ever drunk. And I will do everything I can to make you comfortable and will help you find all the local spots that are just stunning. My neighbors have become friends and are truly the reason why I love living here!
