Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. In a spacious 4 bedroom townhouse with a large kitchen, conservatory, garden, in a quiet residential area located close to Surbiton Station and Town Centre. Has great transport links, with regular well connected bus routes, trains to London Waterloo every 10 mins, and easy access to the A3. Ideally looking for female house guest whilst our housemate is travelling. 2 friendly females will be here to welcome you & share local recommendations The space The room is large and has plenty space although the cupboards are full as the occupant is on holiday. It can accommodate 2 people for a short space of time (2-3 dsys) but is preferred for single female occupancy. The house is a modern 4 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse located on a quiet road in leafy London. It has 2 reception rooms, garden and fully fitted kitchen including oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. Guest access Wi-Fi and TV access are available. There is also parking on the road after 6.30pm and on Sundays or behind my car but subject to availability. Tea and Coffee available all day During your stay The household is friendly, easy going and welcoming. Female guests are preferred especially for longer stays as we are a household of 3 females. Other things to note We are a household of young working professionals and would prefer not host students or male guests. Couples/2 guests are welcome for a short period of time (a few days) but the floor where the room is located has a shared bathroom with 2 people already using this. Therefore we'd decline bookings for people seeking a space for 2 for a longer period. We are a vegetarian household and would appreciate if no meat is consumed in the house
