The space The villa is conveniently located in CANGGU in a residential area but still close to the beach (allow 5 minutes by scooter) You have all the amenities right next to the villa, less than 300 m away! - sport: the villa social club (paddle tennis...) - spa, massage - laundry (laundry detergent) - small supermarket open 24 hours a day And with the GRAB app you can order 24/7 scooter taxis, food... Guest access The easiest way to get here is by taxi from the airport Allow about 1 hour if the traffic is not too heavy Our manager KADEK can send you a taxi to pick you up at the airport on request: They will wait for you with a sign with your name Other things to note There is currently construction going on in front of our villa, which should be completed in May 2025, and which can sometimes generate a little noise, but the bulk of the work is almost finished. We have lowered prices to reflect this potential nuisance. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE VILLA RATES - Check-in time is flexible and starts from 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. - We change the sheet every 4 days and the towel every 3 days. New linens and towels throughout the villa in 2023. - Unlimited mineral water dispenser. Ask the staff when the dispenser is empty. - Fast connection and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control: nearby villa construction, neighborhood noise, power or water outage in the area, rooster crowing or dog barking, sounds and music from traditional religious ceremonies or... PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse, without refund, any customer who does not respect the rule of 6 people maximum in the accommodation, on the day of arrival or during the stay. Any additional person must be declared at the time of booking and validated by the owner for an additional fee. RESPONSIBILITIES We cannot be held responsible for injury, death, or theft, loss or damage to personal property while staying at the villa or while participating in any sports and tourist activities. The tenant waives all recourse against the landlord and their insurers, whether in case of fire, weather events, civil liability and theft.
