This newly renovated cottage, located on private Moody Beach, is where tiny house living meets luxury yacht life. Cottage #4 is one of 7 cottages that is part of the Moody Sands Villas Condo Association and one of the last original properties on Moody Beach that was established in the 1940's. The open concept space, while only 200 square feet, provides guests with storage, private bathroom/full size shower, dining bar, and mini-split to make for an enjoyable and unique vacation experience. The open concept space, while only 200 square feet, provides guests with ample storage, private bathroom with a full size shower, dining bar, and mini-split to make for an enjoyable and unique vacation experience. The kitchen has a Keurig maker, two burner electric cooktop, and a spacious refrigerator and freezer. The space accommodates a max of 4 guests (2 - Queen bed / 1 - loft / 1 - pull out couch). Note: The loft has a low ceiling and is suitable for 1 adult or child (10 + years old) but is not suitable for 2 adults. We provide all bed linens, bath towels, and beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, beach games) to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Common area/use includes outdoor showers, picnic tables, propane grills, Adirondack chairs. There are no fires permitted on the beach or fire pits on the premises due to association rules. There is one designated parking space for a single vehicle.
