The space The unit is 18-sqm studio type airconditioned, smart tv, PLDT fiber internet, water heater and equipped with basic cooking wares, utensils/dishes,induction cooker and microwave. Guest is provided with towel and linens with free shampoo & body wash. Beddings are a one-time setup but will provide replacement for stays more than 3-days. The building has CCTV and 24-hr security with lap and kiddie swimming pool. Free parking space in front of the building. Put the garbage outside the door for collection when you leave unit. Put the key back to key-box and set the keycode with random numbers. In case late check-in 8pm onwards, please advise ahead.
