Other things to note Important Points to Remember 1. SMOKING allowed ONLY in open balcony 2. Please respect our Low Noise Policy from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM 3. Please turn off electrical appliances when not in use 4. Please don’t open Mosquito nets on windows (lot of insects may come in) 5. Only adults above 18 allowed. Guests with age less than 18 must be accompanied with an adult over the age of 18. 6. Please respect check-out time of 10:00 AM 7. Not adhering to check out time will incur fine of Rs 500 per hour 8. Please take extra care of your keys- Lost keys incur a lock replacement fee 9. Visitors are allowed only between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM with prior approval from the host. Visitors must submit their address proof before arrival. If a visitor stays for more than 2 hours or beyond the permitted time window, they will be considered an extra guest and charged accordingly. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate eviction of the booking guests without notice. Food deliveries (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) are allowed 24/7. 10. Please use ceramic plates and bowls only in the microwave oven 11. No pets are allowed. Note: 1. Currently hosting only Indian Guests. 2. Any damages to the property/household items will be payable. 3. ID proofs (Adhaar front and back) to be submitted before checkin. After submission of id proofs, checkin shall be possible. 4. Currently the building's exterior is under maintenance, so guests might hear some sounds related to construction during the day. 5.
