SHARED SPACE: Welcome to our inviting upstairs loft, a quiet, clean & comfortable space within our home, ideal for your stay in Fort Worth. This private retreat features access to upstairs living areas including: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private living room. We’re conveniently located near downtown FW (15min) and the AT&T Center (35min). We’re situated in a safe, quiet and pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Home is wonderful for families, couples, solo adventures, and dog lovers. The space This private retreat features access to upstairs living areas including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private living room—all exclusive to only you and your guests during your stay. Room 1 offers a spacious king-size bed, and Room 2 provides a cozy firm full-size memory foam bed (5 inches thick) for a restful night's sleep. Game Room-Queen-size air mattress for additional space is available upon request. 2 full private bathrooms. The keyless entry system simplifies your check-in process, and we are happy to accommodate small, crate-trained pets (must be in crate at all times when unsupervised). With your reservation, you'll also have a private parking spot in our driveway with additional street parking available. Guest access In addition to private access to the upstairs living area, you’ll have access to SHARED spaces: dining area/table, kitchen, coffee station, and laundry room. SHARED (keyless) entrance to the home. During your stay If you have any specific preferences regarding interactions, feel free to let us know. We want to make sure your stay is enjoyable and stress-free. Other things to note -This is our primary residence and we will be around during your stay. However, we highly value your privacy and want you to feel at home. We'll be available if you have any questions or need assistance, but we aim to respect your privacy and provide you with a quiet and comfortable environment. -We also have a 2 year-old pug that is always in an enclosed playpen. You’re welcome to pet him but we kindly ask that you not feed him. He’s very friendly and loves meeting new friends.
