The space Welcome to Clos Saint-Priscus, an independent cottage located in the heart of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, set in a 17th-century property with a rich wine heritage. The accommodation is ideal for families or groups, featuring one large bedroom with a King-size bed and a family room with a Queen-size bed and two single beds. You will enjoy a spacious living area with a lounge and dining space, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (2024): oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer. Facilities: on the ground floor, washing machine, WC and sink. Upstairs, a bathroom with shower and double vanity, plus a separate WC. Comfort: WiFi throughout the house, smart TV with access to streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, etc.). Outside, a large garden of around 1,000 m², private outdoor seating area and barbecue. Swimming pool on site. The generous outdoor space allows everyone to enjoy the setting in complete peace and comfort. Parking available in a fully enclosed courtyard. The cottage is located next to our home; outdoor areas (except private space) and the pool are shared with us and our young children. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage (living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms). They can also enjoy the garden, swimming pool and parking area.
