Tiny Caboose Guest House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Parked on the westside of Kokomo just minutes from anything you might need. Faux caboose is a bit nostalgic with all the comforts of modern day. Premium Queen mattress, convenient kitchenette, full size shower and cozy cupola for your (child-sized) plus one . The space The caboose shares an acre lot with another tiny house (Eclectic tiny house on duck pond). The wooded area is adjacent to a church lot and off a state highway. You may feel out of town but shopping and eateries are just minutes away. Guest access A large paved parking lot offers plenty of lighted space for your car. The tiny house is about 80 feet down a paved sidewalk. Entry does have 3 steps with a rail up to the entry platform. Caboose shares yard and grilling space but privacy inside is a sure thing. Every window is shaded by blinds (blackout in the bedroom). Other things to note Guests will need to be able to climb 3 stairs to the platform to enter the caboose. The space is small . . . so very large individuals may not feel comfortable. The cupola is up a steep ladder so may not be accessible to all.
