Our cozy home is equipped with all the amenities for a perfect stay, including ducted air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. We have 3 beds and a cot with a large back yard to run around in. The space This is a modern, new but well lived in home. It's a medium sized single storey home with a large yard for kids. The main bedroom joins onto a small ensuite. There is 1 smaller toddler bedroom with a crib close to the main bedroom and there are medium sized bedrooms at the other end of the house close to each other. A modern bathroom and separate toilet are available. There is a laundry with washer and dryer. The kitchen has an island bar facing seating area and a 6 person dining table. The outside space is equipped with a BBQ, modern outdoor furniture and an adjustable dining table. Sunsets are quite spectacular! Guest access You will have access to the entire house aside from the walk in robe in the main bedroom and the shed outside which will be locked. Other things to note Our driveway is not suitable for lowered cars! Tesla's will not drive down but our subaru forester and toyota hilux drive down fine so test it before you drive down.
