The space We are on a corner lot, your dedicated courtyard-patio has a bistro table to enjoy the outdoors when the weather permits and overlooks a strand of wild greenery and trees. Built in 1963, the home was remodeled in the early 1970's to add a 3rd bedroom and bath. The remodel ingeniously does not share any common walls with the original house to further your privacy. The room has a decidedly MCM vintage-Hawaiian vibe. It's a large single room with plenty of space to spread out. The bed is new and oh, so comfortable. The walk in closet has a kitchenette and complimentary beach gear. (And there's still room to hang your clothes) . Smart TV and reading materials are supplied. I decided to have a little fun and remodel the bathroom into something of an old world spa-like bath.( And, well, go big or go home!) I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Standing in the shower feels like you've been transported to a European villa. The soaking bathtub is an oversized delight. It's huge and deep, all our guests love it. As an extra bonus, there are electronic candles in the bath to add a little extra ambiance. Guest access Outdoor access , private room and bath, dedicated courtyard and parking space. No stairs to the unit but a small, single step into the bathroom. Other things to note I want you to feel like your stay is as much a part of the vacation as the activities you choose to do. When you return from your adventures, look forward to retiring for the evening as much as you look forward to the days activities. This guest suite is the perfect compromise between renting an entire house, and a basic hotel room.
