Cozy, quaint, and centrally-located apartment. Short walk from many popular places from the Lycée Français school, UNICEF country office, road 9 and metro station, to the Ace Club. Supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. The space The space is cozy but not tight. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, secured building entrance with key and intercom, and doorman on premises. Walking in, the kitchen is to your left and the living room straight ahead with big west facing windows that keep the apartment sunny all day. The kitchen has an open bar to the living room/dining area. Past the kitchen to the left is the dining area with a hallway just past it. Down the hallway on the left is the bathroom, to the right is the 1st bedroom, and straight ahead is the 2nd bedroom with a balcony/patio sitting area with lush green views. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note No additional guests are allowed without prior notice. This is a low traffic area. Please respect the privacy of the other building residents.
