Come make memories at the Ostrich Cottage on our off- the -grid lifestyle farm. This is a unique and secluded place where you can relax, reload and have the best of both worlds. Spend the day at the beach (15 min drive) and an evening around the bonfire or go fishing in the morning and watch zebra's & buffaloes while you sip your wine in the hot tub on your private deck. The cottage is basic, newly renovated and sleeps 2 adults and max 3 children in 2 open rooms. Enjoy this hidden gem! The space The cottage is well maintained and newly renovated. First open room has a king size bed and sleeps 2 adults, second open room has a bunk bed and sleeps max 3 children. Bathroom with hot shower is separated from the cottage. Wifi signal is very good both in the cottage and outside. Wood for the hot tub & fire pit can be bought at the cottage. Other things to note You have a private deck with hot tub however kids need to be watched while on the deck. The cottage is fully fenced, please park your car within the fencing so you avoid damage caused by animals roaming (buffalo, zebra, springbok, wildebeest, ostrich,...) This is back to nature so chickens, roosters or turkeys might wake you up.
