Romantic Escape to the Bottom of the Tepoztlán Forest

The Black Cabin has everything you need to fulfill your dream of living in the forest! It is only 15 minutes away on little-traveled dirt trails, where this unique and quiet adventure begins to be built at the bottom of the habitable part of the Tepoztlán ecological reserve. The king-size bed, equipped kitchen, and terrace overlooking the forest are just a few of the reasons why this place is perfect for breaking away from the routine and connecting with nature ;) The space The combination of custom-made wood pieces and the huge window of the room overlooking the trees create a feeling of connection with the forest from the warmth of its interior. We are at the bottom of the forest, in a very quiet and safe secluded area that allows us to enjoy a retreat of solitude with incredible spaces to discover and trails to walk. On the same property there are other cabins, each with its own spaces and sufficiently isolated from each other to enjoy total privacy. We have Wi-Fi that reaches the terrace with enough signal for you to work or study surrounded by nature. The main space is equipped with a king size bed, a sofa, dining room, coffee/tea service in the fully equipped kitchen, through its large windows free of obstructions and curtains you will have the view all the time towards an exclusive part of the forest that no one visits, except for some hawks and cuckoos. On your private terrace you can enjoy a delicious morning coffee. Guest access The Black Cabin has a private terrace for exclusive use where you can enjoy a delicious morning coffee. You can walk through this part of the forest (200,000 m2) at the rhythm of your thoughts, since there are no neighbors nearby, except for some small wild animals or, hopefully, some of the deer families that inhabit these places. Other things to note The arrival at La Cabaña Negra is completely autonomous, on the day of your arrival we will send you a message with the location on maps where you will find the keys to enter the last 500m of trails that will guide you to this part of the forest and to the cabin itself. Because it is in the forest, insects are common. If you find any inside the room, they will not harm you since it is fumigated. You can also notify us and we will remove them. Large items, such as a hair dryer or iron, are in the main building, feel free to request them at any time.
