Escale - Perrotine Channel

"L'escale chenal de la Perrotine" is a fully renovated house, to spend a pleasant time in a quiet and relaxing environment. WiFi is available throughout the house. Located along the Perrotine Channel, not overlooked, in a cul-de-sac, park the car and access the beach, sports activities, as well as bike paths allowing you to discover the island between marshes, sea, vineyards and forests. ***Beds made and linen provided*** The space The house has: - A kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment for preparing meals (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, combined fridge and freezer). Dish soap, sponge, household products are available. Drying rack, vacuum cleaner and iron are also available. - You will also find a table for your meals and a sofa area with TV to relax (satellite dish allowing you to access free TNT channels), Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. - A bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a dressing room with shelves and wardrobe, two nightstands and an adjoining bathroom with sink, shower, hair dryer. - A toilet with hand basin Bed linen, towels, shower mat and dish towels are provided. The bed is made upon arrival. The house enjoys a dual-aspect view. - On the front of the house, view of the channel animated by the comings and goings of oyster boats, fishing boats, catamarans... The show is permanent. - On the back of the house, view of the gardens with the Moëze-Oléron nature reserve in the background. The accommodation is referenced to the community of the municipality of Oléron. The basement is privately accessible. The owner or the stewardship team reserves the right to intervene during your stay. You will also have access to the enclosed garden, with a garden table, chairs, umbrella and sunbathing area where you can relax. Maintenance of the garden, mowing may exceptionally be done during your stay. Parking is free, it is outdoors. Parking is 30 meters away. Cars are not allowed to enter the property, nor are electric vehicles allowed to be recharged during your stay. If you are bringing bicycles or renting them on site, you can park them on the property. You can also rent boats from the Perrotine shipyard at the end of the street. Pets aren't allowed. Parties are not allowed. No extra fees will be charged upon arrival. Tourist tax is included in the rate. In summer, shops and restaurants are nearby, as well as many activities nearby: sailing school, surfing, kayaking, bike rentals, golf, jet skis, aquatic center... Guest access Access to the accommodation is done with the keys being handed over in person. 1. If you come by car: • From Bordeaux: Follow the A10 motorway – Exit 25 to Saintes, towards Île d'Oléron. • From Paris: Follow the A10 motorway – La Rochelle/Rochefort exit, then follow Surgères/Rochefort/Île d'Oléron. 2. If you are coming by train + bus: Île d'Oléron is not served by train. However, at the stations of La Rochelle, Rochefort and Surgères, bus connections to the island are available. The bus station is located in Saint Pierre d'Oléron. 3. If you are coming by boat: La Rochelle/Boyardville connection, from April to the end of September and during the All Saints' Day holidays. On request, we can pick you up when the boat arrives at the port of Boyarville. In summer, a network of free shuttles running through Ile d'Oléron allows you to reach St Pierre, St Denis, Dolus (Ileo aquatic center) the Château, St Trojan, Verbois, Rémigeasse, Domino etc...
