This beautiful water mill with large natural swimming pool is a perfect location to relax and enjoy family time. Only 50 minutes Toulouse international airport it is perfectly situated to visit the grande sites of the Pyrenees or enjoy exploring the wonderful Haute Garonne region. The space The House was a water mill and Boulangerie constructed in about 1880, It has been continuously occupied and many of our friends and neighbours remember buying their bread here and working on the farm. The rooms are comfortably furnished with a mixture od antique furniture along side modern comforts. Wifi is available throughout the property . The four bedroom gite consists of the boulangerie plus two additional bedrooms that are within the main house. These are directly accessed from the boulangerie on the first floor and when in use for the gite are separate to the main house. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. We have five hectors of gardens orchards woodland and a rewinding project. We have a large natural swimming pool for which pool shoes are mandatory. Guests will receive a basket of local produce on arrival including a jar of our honey. One travel cot and a high chairs are available. Guest access Guests are housed in the boulangerie attached to the mill. This property has its own front door and is separated internally from the main house. There will always be someone on site to greet you on arrival. Other things to note The Stunning natural pool is a great feature of this property. Its available year round and has three depth levels; a shallow cobbled beach area, a waist deep swimming level and a 2m swimming level. There is a sun deck and a jumping deck. Pool shoes are Mandatory.
